Each sip is bright, refreshing, and just sweet enough, making it the perfect companion for sunny afternoons, backyard barbecues, or a festive toast with friends. This spritz isn’t just a drink-it’s an invitation to savor the season, one berry-kissed bubble at a time.
Ingredients:
12 oz New Belgium Fat Tire
2 oz cranberry juice
1 oz club soda
Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions:
In a large glass, combine cranberry juice and club soda.
Slowly add New Belgium Fat Tire, letting the bubbles mix the drink.
Top with a handful of fresh berries and enjoy chilled.

Grilled Street Corn: Elote Style
These smoky, creamy, and tangy grilled corn cobs are a festive side that brings authentic street food flavor to your Memorial Day table.
Ingredients:
4 ears fresh corn, husked
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
1 tsp chili powder
1 lime, cut into wedges
Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred (8–10 minutes).
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
Brush the mixture over hot corn, then sprinkle with cotija cheese and chili powder.
Serve with lime wedges and a sprinkle of cilantro.
