Franzia Frosted Wine Granita
Transform Franzia Box Wine into a sophisticated, grown-up frozen treat. This granita is light, slushy, and bursting with berry and citrus notes—a dazzling dessert or palate cleanser.
Ingredients:
2 cups Franzia Chillable Red or White Zinfandel
1/4 cup sugar
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together wine, sugar, lemon zest, and juice until sugar dissolves.
Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish. Scatter berries over the top.
Freeze for 3-4 hours, scraping with a fork every 45 minutes to create fluffy ice crystals.
Serve in chilled glasses, garnished with extra berries and a twist of lemon.

Beer & Cheddar Bread Bake
A creative take on comfort food: cubes of rustic bread soak up Mother Earth beer, sharp cheddar, and herbs, then bake into a golden, savory bread pudding. Perfect as a hearty brunch or unique side dish.
Ingredients:
3 cups rustic bread, cubed (day-old is best)
1 bottle Mother Earth beer
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, beer, Dijon, salt, and pepper.
Add bread cubes, cheese, and green onions. Toss to combine and soak for 10 minutes.
Pour mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until puffed and golden.
Serve warm, garnished with extra green onions.
