Christmas Eve Sparkling Cocktail

❄️ CHRISTMAS EVE SPARKLING Cocktail (White Claw + Barefoot Wine Cocktail)

“A cool, festive mix built for cozy nights and clinking glasses.”

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Barefoot Moscato or Barefoot Pinot Grigio(Moscato = sweeter + holiday dessert vibe; Pinot Grigio = cleaner + crisper)

  • 4 oz White Claw Black Cherry, Cranberry, or Lime

  • 1 oz Cranberry juice (optional but strongly recommended for balance)

  • ½ oz Fresh lime juice

  • Frozen cranberries or pomegranate seeds (for garnish)

  • Rosemary sprig (optional, but elevates the whole thing)

  • Ice


Instructions

  1. Fill a wine glass or rocks glass with ice.

  2. Pour in the Barefoot wine.

  3. Add the cranberry juice and lime juice.

  4. Top with the White Claw.

  5. Give it one gentle stir — don’t kill the bubbles.

  6. Garnish with frozen cranberries or pomegranate + a rosemary sprig.


Flavor Notes

  • It drinks like a budget-friendly Winter Spritz, light and festive.

  • The lime tightens the sweetness so it feels intentional.

  • Cranberry juice gives it color and holiday body.

Rocky Mountain Holiday Chex Mix

🎄 ROCKY MOUNTAIN HOLIDAY CHEX MIX (Coors-Infused)

A salty-sweet-spiced Christmas snack with just enough beer to make it interesting.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Chex

  • 3 cups Corn Chex

  • 2 cups mini pretzels

  • 1½ cups roasted peanuts or mixed nuts

  • 1 cup bagel chips (optional but great)

  • ¼ cup butter, melted

  • ¼ cup Coors or Coors Light

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ¼ tsp cayenne (optional)

  • ½–1 tsp salt, to taste


Optional Holiday Finish

  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips or yogurt-covered pretzels


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine Chex, pretzels, nuts, and bagel chips.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter + Coors, Worcester, sugar, and spices.

  4. Pour the beer-butter mixture over the dry ingredients.

  5. Toss well until every piece is coated.

  6. Spread onto a baking sheet in an even layer.

  7. Bake for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until crisp and dry.

  8. Let cool completely.

  9. Toss in dried cranberries + white chocolate if using.


Flavor Notes

  • The Coors adds a light maltiness and helps carry the spices.

  • Brown sugar + Worcester gives it caramel depth without being heavy.

  • Cranberries + white chocolate turn it into a holiday bowl instead of a regular snack.
