Red, White & Blue Spiked Seltzer Slushy
Celebrate Independence Day in style with a vibrant, refreshing drink that captures the spirit of summer and the red, white, and blue of the holiday. The Red, White & Blue Spiked Seltzer Slushy is the perfect festive treat for your 4th of July gathering, combining layers of fresh fruit and crisp White Claw for a colorful, icy beverage everyone will love. Each sip is a burst of cool flavor and patriotic flair, making it the ideal centerpiece for your holiday festivities!
Ingredients:
1 can White Claw (any flavor, but Lemon or Black Cherry work well)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen pineapple (for the “white” layer)
1–2 tablespoons simple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Fresh berries and mint for garnish
Instructions:
Red Layer: In a blender, combine ½ can White Claw, frozen strawberries, and a splash of simple syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into the bottom of two tall glasses and place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
White Layer: Rinse blender, then blend frozen pineapple with a splash of White Claw and simple syrup. Gently layer over the red layer in each glass. Return to freezer for 10 minutes.
Blue Layer: Blend frozen blueberries with the remaining White Claw and simple syrup. Carefully spoon over the white layer.
Garnish with fresh berries and mint. Serve with a festive straw and enjoy a patriotic, refreshing treat!

Lemonade Mango Chicken
Bring a burst of sunshine to your table with Lemonade Mango Chicken—a dish that’s as vibrant and lively as your summer gatherings! This recipe combines juicy chicken with sweet mango and a splash of citrusy lemonade flavor, creating a tropical twist that’s both tangy and refreshing. Perfect for backyard barbecues or family dinners, it’s a fun and flavorful way to celebrate the season with every bite
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast strips
1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
1/8 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 bottle Mike’s Hard Lemonade (any citrus flavor)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, layer chicken strips and mango slices.
Sprinkle with powdered ginger and a pinch of salt.
Pour the bottle of Mike’s Hard Lemonade over the chicken and mango.
Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Serve hot over rice or with a fresh summer salad for a tangy, tropical main dish.
