Spring is Here With New Deals in Emmett
Fresh New Offers for the Spring Season
Sales valid: May 6th - 19th

Hours: Monday - Saturday 7am - 8 pm, Sunday: 10am - 6 pm
Spring in Southwest Idaho has shifted from promise into presence.
The warmth is no longer tentative—it’s here, settling into the land and into us. Irrigation is in full swing now, water moving steadily through the veins of the valley, feeding fields that are waking fast. Fruit trees are budding and beginning to set, their branches alive with quiet intention, while bees move busily from bloom to bloom, stitching the season together.
The days are stretching into the 70s, and with them comes that familiar Idaho pull outward. The kind that nudges you toward the grill, toward long brunches with friends, toward staying outside just a little longer than you planned. The green desert is alive again, and we’re all answering the call in our own way.
Spring didn’t just arrive this time… it unfurled 🌿

May is the Month for Brunch
🥔🍺 Blonde Ale Potato & Gruyère Frittata
A sun-warmed, subtly malty frittata with depth and softness
The Blonde Ale brings a gentle toastiness…which deepens the flavors of the potatoes and gives the dish with the Gruyère feel even silkier.
Ingredients
2 cups thinly sliced Yukon Gold potatoes
6–8 large eggs
¾ cup grated Gruyère
½ small onion, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup milk or cream
¼ cup of your favorite Blond Ale or Firestone 805
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt + black pepper
Fresh thyme or chives 🌿
Instructions
1. Build the base In an oven-safe skillet, warm olive oil or butter. Add potatoes + onion. Cook slowly until tender and lightly golden… this is where the sweetness develops.
2. Deglaze with the ale Pour in the Ale and let it simmer and reduce for 2–3 minutes until most of the liquid cooks off, leaving behind a soft, malty glaze that clings to the potatoes.
(This step takes the flavor up a notch.)
3. Add garlic Stir in garlic for the final minute, just until fragrant.
4. Whisk the custard In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
5. Assemble Lower heat. Pour egg mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle Gruyère evenly across the top.
6. Set + finish Cook on stovetop 3–4 minutes until edges begin to hold, then transfer to a 375°F oven for 10–15 minutes.
7. Rest Let it sit before slicing. The center should be soft, not stiff!

🍓🍊 Orchard Shandy Spritz
Berries, citrus, and a gentle beer-light sparkle
We’ll weave in the easy going brightness of Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR) for that crisp, clean backbone that lets the fruit glow.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries (or mixed berries)
½ cup fresh orange juice 🍊
1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
Splash of lemon juice
1 bottle of your favorite old school Lager or PBR, chilled 🍺
Splash of sparkling water (optional, for extra lift)
Ice
Fresh mint or rosemary 🌿
Instructions
1. Build the fruit base Blend strawberries, orange juice, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.(Strain if you want it silky… leave it if you like texture.)
2. Fill the glass Ice first… always. Let the cold set the tone.
3. Pour + bloom Add the fruit mixture halfway up the glass.Slowly pour in the chilled. Lager or PBR—let it rise and mingle, not foam over.
4. Lift (optional) Add a small splash of sparkling water if you want it lighter and more effervescent.
5. Finish Garnish with mint or rosemary and a slice of citrus.
