Fresh New Offers for the Spring Season
Sales valid: April 8th - 21st

Hours: Monday - Saturday 7am - 8 pm, Sunday: 10am - 6 pm
Spring has finally stepped fully onto the stage here in Southwest Idaho—and you can feel it in your bones the moment you step outside 🌿
The snow has melted back into memory, the ground has softened, and the valley is waking up in full color. Grass is green again—really green—and alive with the low hum of bees and the bright chatter of birds stitching sound through the morning air. The orchards are beginning their quiet spectacle, blooming in soft yellows and purples, while farmers move steadily across the fields, turning the soil and preparing for the promise of summer and fall.
Mornings still carry that familiar chill—crisp, clean, and a little sharp—but by afternoon, the warmth settles in, stretching into the mid-70s and coaxing everything back to life. It’s that perfect Idaho rhythm: cool breath, warm sun, and a landscape that feels like it’s exhaling after a long winter.

Featured Recipes of the week!
“Orchard Skillet Chicken with Strawberry Balsamic & Rolling Rock Pan Sauce”
A dish that feels like late afternoon light across the fields—bright fruit, warm herbs, and a subtle depth from beer that hums beneath it all.
Ingredients
Chicken thighs or breasts (bone-in or boneless)
Fresh strawberries (sliced) 🍓
White onion (thinly sliced)
Garlic cloves (minced)
Fresh thyme + rosemary
Splash of balsamic vinegar
½ cup Rolling Rock beer (from ad)
Olive oil, salt, pepper
Optional: a touch of honey
Instructions
Sear the chicken
Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Build the orchard base
In the same pan, sauté onions until soft and slightly caramelized. Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
Deglaze with your favorite beer, Rolling Rock is also an option.
Pour in the beer—listen for that soft hiss—and scrape up the pan. Let it reduce slightly.
Add strawberries + balsamic
Stir in sliced strawberries and a splash of balsamic. Let them soften and release their juices.
Return chicken to pan
Nestle chicken back in, spoon sauce over top, and simmer until fully cooked.
Finish
Taste and adjust—add a drizzle of honey if you want a softer, spring-sweet balance.
Serving
Serve with Steamed Green Beans, a simple buttered mashed potatoes, or Garlic Bread fresh out of the oven. The sauce should feel like sunlight caught in a pan.
Pairs well with:
Sparkling Water with Lemon + Fresh Strawberry: Simple, bright, and keeps that spring feeling.
Blonde Ale : Light, smooth, easygoing. Keeps everything balanced and approachable—perfect for a backyard table.
Rosé (dry, not sweet) -This is almost made for the dish. It mirrors the strawberry without turning sugary, and keeps everything airy and bright—like sitting under blooming orchard trees.

“Strawberry Shortcake Trifle with Citrus Cream”
Light, layered, and celebratory—perfect for mid-April gatherings or simply welcoming the season’s first sweetness 🌷
Ingredients
Fresh strawberries (sliced) 🍓
Store-bought or homemade shortcake or sponge cake
Heavy whipping cream
Orange zest (a nod to citrus bloom 🍊)
Sugar
Splash of vanilla
Optional: a tiny splash of white wine, Bota is an excellent possibility for macerating berries
Instructions
Macerate strawberries
Toss strawberries with sugar and a small splash of wine (optional). Let sit 20–30 minutes until juicy.
Whip citrus cream
Whip heavy cream with sugar, vanilla, and orange zest until soft peaks form.
Layer the trifle
In a glass bowl or individual cups:
Cake layer
Strawberries + juice
Citrus cream
Repeat layers until full.
Chill briefly
Let it rest in the fridge so everything softens together.
Serving
Serve cold, with a spoon that dives through layers like turning soil—each scoop revealing something sweet and new.
Pairs well with Bota Box Wine
*"Contains alcohol: for 21+ cooks only. Please enjoy and share responsibly.”
