🍓 Easy Sangria Fresca (Franzia Edition)

A no-fuss twist on sangria that's perfect for late-summer evenings or spontaneous patio hangs after the school rush. Light, fruity, and made to serve a crowd — or stash in the fridge for sipping all week.


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Franzia White Zinfandel or Chardonnay

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup brandy (optional)

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced

  • 1 lime, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup strawberries, halved

  • 1 apple, diced

  • 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda

  • Ice


Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine wine, orange juice, and brandy.

  2. Add sliced fruit and stir gently.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  4. Just before serving, stir in soda.

  5. Serve over ice with fruit in each glass.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 cup black beans, drained

  • 1/2 cup corn kernels

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

  • Fresh cilantro

  • Sour cream, salsa, guacamole (optional sides)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Spread chips on a foil-lined sheet pan.

  3. Layer chicken, beans, corn, onion, jalapeño, and cheese.

  4. Bake 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted.

  5. Top with cilantro and serve with sides.
